Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations & Campaign Analytics Specialist to support a fast-paced, data-driven marketing organization. This execution-focused role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, campaign execution, reporting, and performance analytics, supporting Lifecycle, Web, and Sales Enablement marketing initiatives.
  • We're looking for someone who understands the business context behind marketing data and can interpret campaign performance, customer journeys, and channel metrics to deliver actionable insights, inform business decisions, and support the successful execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:
    • Lifecycle / CRM Marketing
    • Digital / Web Marketing
    • Sales Enablement / Frontline Marketing
  • They are comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze marketing performance data and prepare recurring reports, dashboards, executive presentations, and business reviews.
  • Develop performance summaries, identify trends, monitor funnel performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, support forecasting and monthly pacing, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support KPI reporting, forecasting, monthly pacing, and performance measurement across multiple marketing channels.
  • Support the execution of lifecycle, web, and sales enablement marketing initiatives.
  • Draft marketing briefs and develop short-form email and SMS content from established campaign strategies.
  • Coordinate campaign documentation, approval workflows, and execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Maintain reporting templates, campaign documentation, and operational tracking tools.
 
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, Lifecycle/CRM Marketing, Digital/Web Marketing, Sales Enablement Marketing, or related marketing function.
  • Strong experience with marketing reporting, analytics, and performance measurement using BI tools (Tableau preferred).
  • Ability to interpret marketing metrics, explain performance trends, and provide data-driven recommendations—not simply generate reports.
  • Experience with campaign performance reporting, KPI tracking, funnel and conversion reporting, forecasting, and executive/business reporting.
  • Understanding of customer journeys, nurture campaigns, email marketing, web marketing, messaging strategies, and sales enablement programs.
  • Experience writing short-form marketing content for email and SMS campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation or CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Marketo, or similar.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
 
Skillsets:
  • Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI/reporting tools.
  • AI productivity or content-generation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Writer.
  • Highspot or similar sales enablement platforms.
 
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
