What You'll Do
- Manage social media using AI-powered marketing tools
- Update website content, blogs, and marketing materials
- Create flyers, presentations, and branded collateral
- Coordinate trade shows, networking events, and company promotions
- Order promotional products, apparel, and welcome packets
- Manage marketing calendars and vendor relationships
- Support leadership with special projects and business initiatives
- Research and implement AI tools to improve efficiency
- Help keep projects organized and moving from idea to execution
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, business operations, project coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design software
- Website or content management experience is a plus
- Someone who takes initiative, enjoys learning, and isn't afraid to wear multiple hats
- Construction industry knowledge or experience is a plus!
