Job Description:
The primary function of this position is to support the Modern Pest Services Marketing team to develop, grow, and implement our digital brand strategy and consumer engagement funnel. This role specifically will help to lead customer facing activities to build awareness of Modern’s various pest control services using digitalization and marketing automation.
This position will bridge the gap between creative campaign execution and backend marketing systems. Rather than simply managing basic administrative tasks under close supervision, the ideal candidate will take ownership of day-to-day database health, list segmentation, lead flow, and reporting. Working closely with our Marketing Manager, the Marketing Operations Coordinator will coordinate campaign logistics and build optimized workflows to ensure that marketing initiatives are delivered flawlessly and on schedule. This role will have a direct impact on process improvement, data integrity, and strategic campaign execution.
