Marketing Operations Coordinator, Senior Associate

This role is open to those currently in roles aligned to Marketing.

Owns the process of coordinating, elevating, monitoring, and measuring content across internal and/or external communication platform.

Core Responsibilities

1. Manages the editing, updating, and publishing of content and multimedia to various platforms. Adheres to design and content guidelines. Oversees content elevation and implements divisional content archival strategies.

2. Consults across Marketing Management teams to determine campaign target audience and defines options for targeting. Identifies need for new system targeting capabilities. Identifies, documents, and implements process changes.

3. Gathers usage statistics for analysis. Measures and evaluates effectiveness of communications across all platforms.

4. Implements enhancements of systems and sites. Maintains awareness of new technologies and leads implementation of new capabilities as a technical expert. Recommends options to increase productivity and efficiency.

5. Tracks and maintains content submission requests, monitors queues and work volumes, reprioritizes to meet deadlines.

6. Supports testing for new targeting, ensures accuracy of materials.

7. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years related work experience.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
