Duties: The Marketing Operations Coordinator ("Coordinator") is an integral member of Axiom's Marketing Department ("Coordinator"). The Coordinator will play a key role in providing day-to-day operational support that helps the marketing team stay organized, on schedule, and informed. The Coordinator will be accountable for maintaining the marketing calendar, support team planning and prioritization, coordinate follow-through across projects, and assist with recurring performance reporting and dashboards. Additionally, the Coordinator will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Vice President of Marketing & Communications.
Essential Functions:
The essential functions of the Coordinator are to:
- Manage the master marketing calendar across campaigns, brands, and initiatives to ensure visibility of deadlines, dependencies, and upcoming work.
- Organize team workflows, track deliverables, and help prioritize work to keep recurring marketing activities on schedule.
- Prepare and distribute recurring performance reports, and build, update, and maintain dashboards using approved reporting tools.
- Pull and compile data from marketing and sales systems to support centralized reporting and team visibility.
- Coordinate dependencies across content, creative, social, events, campaigns, and lead generation to support timely execution.
- Track project status and open items, and escalate risks or missed deadlines to support on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate marketing systems and data, support process improvements and onboarding of new tools or brands, and use automation or AI tools to improve efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have a combination of demonstrated experience and education that is equivalent to 5 years with a focus on Marketing, Statistics or related fields.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach,
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work,
- Light to moderate lifting is required,
- Ability to uphold the stress of traveling,
- Regular, predictable attendance is required.
Additional Information:
Must be willing to travel up to 5%.
