Share Marketing Operations & Creative CoordinatorCompany: C+R ResearchJob Location: Chicago, ILThe Marketing Operations & Creative Coordinator supports the execution and coordination of C+R Research's marketing initiatives by managing day-to-day implementation, production support, and marketing operations tasks across campaigns, conferences, social media, and internal marketing programs. This role works closely with their supervisor and colleagues to ensure seamless execution of all marketing activities.Position ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaign ExecutionSupport the execution of multichannel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and support lead generation efforts across email, website, blogs, newsletters, and social platformsBuild, schedule, and QA emails, landing pages, and campaign assets in HubSpot using established templates and workflowsCreate content for email marketing, blogs, and newsletters for review and approval; assemble assets and execute distribution schedules as assignedExecute campaign setup, perform QA checks, implement tracking systems, and monitor performance metrics; flag anomalies or issues for strategic reviewMaintain marketing calendars, trackers, and documentation to ensure on-time execution and company-wide visibilityCoordinate asset requests, approvals, and handoffs between marketing, design, vendors, and internal stakeholdersSupport website content updates and uploads as directed by the marketing teamEnsure marketing assets are properly organized, labeled, and stored in shared systemsMarketing Operations SupportSupport marketing automation and CRM execution tasks as directedCreate and manage lists, segments, workflows, scoring models, and lead lifecycle stages across platformsSupport campaign tracking through UTM tagging and data validationMaintain organized workflows and documentation for marketing processesMonitor campaign performance and support dashboard creation in tools like HubSpot and other reporting environmentsFacilitate data collection, compilation, and reporting of post-campaign or post-event performance information for review with the Marketing teamUtilize AI tools strategically to enhance content development, streamline workflows, and improve productivity;
