As the Marketing Operations & Data Manager, you will be an integral part of South Florida Ventures, working alongside the marketing teams and in collaboration with business stakeholders in management, sales, and registration. You will have strong knowledge of marketing operations and the data management and structures needed to support “smart” marketing. And to be a proactive self‑starter and possess an analytical and strategic mind‑set. You will be responsible for the optimization and management of data processes, procedures and policies to aid in streamlining and optimizing ROI on all marketing channels within South Florida Ventures. This resource, in close coordination with the marketing team, will help implement continuous optimization, process improvements, and ROI across all marketing functions.Key ResponsibilitiesOversight of data capture and management processesEnforcing data quality, hygiene and retention processes in coordination with business guidelinesManagement of data uploads and integrationsData mapping and validations for platform integrations and APIsData queries, segmentation and CRM campaign buildsEnhance existing, and implement new, reporting and visualization toolsData analysis to provide marketing and business insightsOversee all aspects of data collection, protection, feeds, management and quality to provide the best possible base from which to segment, analyze, and report in support of marketing initiativesWork towards continuous improvement of data collection/capture, management, feeds and reporting, devising strategies to improve data input, storage, normalization, standardization as well as output processes and proceduresImplement lead generation activities within the marketing technology stack, tracking campaign effectiveness, prospect engagement, and funnel advancementBuild simple and complex campaigns that consider engagement activity, personas and buying cyclesWork with data teams and business stakeholders to develop documentation and road maps for data processes and best practicesBuild strong relationships with internal teams and leadership, influencing decision‑making and aligning efforts with overall business objectivesSupport integration of data between various systems in the marketing technology stackPerform data uploads, manual and via integrations, to keep data up‑to‑date and accurate for effective marketing communicationsQuery audience data and build lists for direct mail marketing programsPerform segmentation of target audience for improved engagement and conversion, measuring results and optimizing data and segments to better convert leads to customersOwn the relationship with business, data, and technology teams, forging strong communication among all teamsQualificationsMinimum 5‑7 years of experience working with data and database management including segmentationBachelor's degree in data, business or technologyExperience working with structured and unstructured data setsStrong technical skills, including experience with SQLExcellent MS Office skills, particularly advanced ExcelSalesforce, GA4, Power BI experience required; Eloqua strongly preferredStrong communication, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills – able to communicate and present effectively with all levels of a multi‑national businessFlexible and responsive to changing needs and objectivesGood time management – ability to manage workload amid competing priorities and deadlinesAbility to work with limited supervision and show initiativeHigh attention to detail – right first time every timeStrong administrative and organizational skillsStrong project management skillsLove of puzzle solving, data, automation and technologyAdditional Information / BenefitsCompetitive Compensation PackageAccess to LinkedIn Learning and other development/training opportunitiesHealth and Wellness Benefits (medical, dental, eye)401 K and MatchingGenerous PTO policyWork‑life balanceAdditional discounts through various partnershipsThis posting will automatically expire on 11/15/2025.Equal Opportunity EmployerAt Informa, you'll find inclusive experiences and environments where all perspectives and backgrounds are welcomed.
