Job Description:
The nature of the work is focused on creating product and brand demand, understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information.
Create systems, processes and tools that positively impact productivity, profitability, accountability and service. Lead Mktg Ops Category Projects and manage project budget and timelines.
Leverage define metrics and project relevant metrics to assess return on investment
Drive clear and efficient process for enhancement or creation of additional assets for marketplace execution as needed make changes to processes, procedures to find efficiencies.
Manage category assets.
Develop plans and work assignments against the forecasted project load Works closely with external agencies and vendors Drive execution to the territory consumer, throughout the marketing process
Ensure consistent & efficient delivery/sharing of Category content from global to Geo or Geo to territory marketing organizations, through defined tools and processes
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience

Role & Responsibilities:
Supports a mid- to large-size team with substantial impact to business in the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies for NA Brand Management.
Supports Sport brand management leader in driving strategic brand planning and cross-functional operational excellence.
Expert in CODE integration, and provides direction for the team.

General Information:
Location and/or time zone: NYC office, must be on site
Expected contract length: 6 months from start date
Team details & who they will work with: Based at our NYC headquarters, this highly cross-functional role provides planning and operations support for our expansive North America Basketball brand management team. This role is working in lockstep with our Sr Director of Basketball
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum required years of experience: 5 YOE Marketing Operations experience
Education requirements: Bachelors or equivalent experience
Must have skills:
Experience in brand planning and marketing operations for Basketball in footwear and apparel. This is an operations heavy role.
Strategic and process minded, supporting upstream planning. Unlock pathways for on-strategy and on-time delivery of all seasonal projects, ensuring the work meets expectations for timeliness and brand standards.
Ensure seasonal readiness, leading the full Basketball team through all marketing CODE gates with clear and accurate visibility to campaign readiness and milestone health.
Nice to have skills:
Experience with Budget Management, Driving resource management, including accountability for the overall sport budget, implementing the processes and tools needed for marketing teams to manage project budgets.
Highly cross-functional, teamplayer, Create and communicate strategic clarity and operational progress to NA and Global leadership and functional working teams.
