As a Marketing Operations Manager, you'll serve as the strategic marketing lead and operational expert across TeamHealth service lines. This highly visible role partners with business, operational, and clinical leaders to develop integrated marketing strategies that increase awareness, generate demand, accelerate growth, and strengthen market presence. You'll combine strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and marketing technology expertise to build scalable programs that deliver measurable business results.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new services, growth initiatives, and emerging business opportunities
• Build integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
• Create scalable marketing infrastructure, processes, reporting frameworks, and measurement strategies
• Leverage marketing technology, automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics to improve performance and efficiency
• Partner with service line, operational, and business development leaders to identify and pursue growth opportunities
• Use market research, audience insights, and customer journey analysis to guide strategic decisions
• Evaluate emerging marketing technologies, including AI-powered tools, to enhance effectiveness and productivity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning aligned with business growth objectives
• Manage cross-channel campaigns across digital marketing, content, communications, email, social media, events, and sales enablement
• Develop campaign measurement frameworks, performance dashboards, and executive-level reporting
• Monitor key marketing metrics and optimize programs based on performance data and stakeholder feedback
• Manage marketing technology platforms, automation systems, CRM integrations, and lead management processes
• Establish governance standards, workflows, and operational best practices that support scalability
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and serve as the primary marketing partner to assigned business leaders
• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate return on investment across initiatives

You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, demand generation, growth marketing, strategic communications, or related disciplines
• Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies, integrated campaigns, and growth initiatives
• Experience managing marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and campaign reporting
• Strong project management, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency and accountability

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience within healthcare, professional services, or agency environments
• Experience launching new products, services, or business initiatives
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Experience with attribution modeling, customer journey analytics, and marketing performance frameworks
