Benefits401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountsHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceBreakout Escape Games is looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Operations Manager to help drive marketing execution across 30+ locations nationwide.This role is the operational engine behind our marketing team — owning campaign execution, email/SMS deployment, marketing systems, listings management, vendor coordination, and store communication and marketing support.We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves keeping things organized, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.This role requires someone who can take ownership quickly, manage multiple moving pieces at once, and operate with a high level of follow-through and accountability.ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaign ExecutionManage execution of promotions, launches, and seasonal campaignsOwn the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are metCoordinate deliverables across internal teams, vendors, and locationsEnsure campaigns launch accurately and consistentlyEmail & SMS MarketingBuild and deploy company-wide email and SMS campaignsManage automated flows and campaign schedulingCoordinate audience segmentation and targetingMonitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvementPlatform & System ManagementManage marketing-related setup within Resova and related platformsConfigure promo codes, pricing settings, waiver messaging, and upsellsCoordinate setup for new room launches and promotionsWebsite & Digital CoordinationCoordinate homepage banners, room pages, promotions, and announcementsWork with web and creative vendors to maintain accurate website contentListings & Reputation ManagementMaintain business listings across Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, TripAdvisor, Bing, and SOCiUpdate hours, photos, closures, and location informationReview and approve guest review responsesStore Communication & SupportServe as a marketing contact for store leadership teamsCommunicate promotions, launches, and campaign detailsCoordinate ordering of signage and in-store marketing materialsHelp maintain consistency across all locationsVendor CoordinationManage day-to-day communication with agency and platform partnersTrack timelines, approvals, and deliverablesKeep projects moving forward and organizedProcess Improvement & AIImprove workflows, systems, and documentationUse AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and organizationHelp streamline repetitive tasks and operational processesQualifications2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, marketing execution, or similar operational rolesStrong organizational and project management skillsComfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong communication, follow-through, and attention to detailExperience working with vendors, agencies, or external partnersTech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and platformsAbility to work independently while staying highly collaborativePreferred ExperienceGoogle Business ProfileMeta Ads ManagerAttentive or similar email/SMS platformsSOCi or listings/reputation toolsMarketing automation systemsMulti-location, franchise, hospitality, entertainment, or operational support experience is a plus.What We're Looking ForHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityCalm under pressure and adaptable in fast-paced environmentsA proactive problem solver who follows throughComfortable coordinating across teams, vendors, and locationsSomeone who naturally creates order and efficiencyPositive attitude and sense of humorAbout Breakout Escape GamesBreakout Escape Games creates immersive entertainment experiences for families, friends, and teams across the country.
