About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager or Sr. Manager of Operations to join the Chief Marketing Office (CMO). In this dynamic, high-impact role, you will drive operational excellence across two key teams: Access & Account Marketing (AAM), and Population Health (PH)

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the CMO Team you will
- Lead planning and operational efficiency for the AAM and PH Teams
- Act as a liaison between the CMO, AAM and PH
- Identify necessary processes, communications, meetings, and resources to help both teams achieve objectives effectively and efficiently.
- Partner with and manage external vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget results
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experiences

When supporting the AAM Team 50% you will:
- Serve as an operational subject matter expert (SME) to Sr. Marketing Directors, driving operational excellence across the following pillars:
Project Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and milestones to ensure timely delivery and measurable results for population health efforts.
Technical Reporting: Run and compile usage reports for creative materials and marketing assets to track engagement.
Veeva & Asset Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative materials; ensure PopHealth approved assets are correctly housed in GOLF and accessible for use.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
5–7+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations and marketing project management.
Demonstrated excellence translating analytics, insights, and complex information into actionable strategies and execution plans aligned with organizational goals.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of marketing (groups, processes, mindsets).
Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and modern work practices, including AI tools.
