Become a Marketing Operations Senior Specialist at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll play a critical leadership role in the design, implementation, and governance of SCE's Compliance Program. This position partners closely with senior leadership, compliance program owners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement across CPUC, FERC, Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety (Energy Safety), NERC regulations as well as supporting the Risk-based Compliance model.
This role leads the end-to-end coordination of insourced marketing projects, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and alignment across cross-functional teams and agency partners. It is responsible for building, QAing, and deploying multi-channel marketing assets, while defining and maintaining scalable processes to support operational consistency and efficiency. The position develops reporting frameworks and analyzes campaign performance to provide data-driven insights, optimize outcomes, and inform marketing strategy. Additionally, it manages budgets and forecasting activities, organizes complex initiatives, and drives continuous improvement through process enhancements, tools, and operational best practices.
Incident Management Team Expected Participation: Employees are expected to support emergency response and/or business continuity efforts, including readiness to serve on an Incident Management Team (IMT) when needed. Employees will participate in an on-call rotation (approximately every four to six weeks), to support IMT activations during emergency events. IMT assignments may differ from an individual's regular responsibilities.
