Reports To: Director of Marketing
Stridepath is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career marketing professional who is passionate about marketing technology, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a career in B2B marketing.
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role will own the day-to-day execution and optimization of Stridepath's marketing technology platform while supporting integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, embraces new technology, enjoys working with data, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
At Stridepath, we don't expect you to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is curious, takes initiative, embraces AI and emerging technologies, and wants to grow into a marketing operations leader as our company continues to grow.
At Stridepath, you'll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact while working alongside experienced leaders in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. Rather than being one member of a large marketing team, you'll gain hands-on experience across marketing operations, automation, content creation, website management, AI, analytics, and campaign execution. If you're passionate about learning, eager to grow, and excited to help build the future of marketing using innovative technology, we'd love to meet you.
