SUMMARY:
The
Global Marketing Channels team is looking for a
Marketing Operations Specialist to support digital marketing campaign execution on the Ads platform. This role sits at the front edge of how our team is changing: campaign builds that were once fully manual are increasingly executed through AI agents and automated build pipelines, and this person will work in that model day to day. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about digital marketing, resourceful, comfortable with managing deadlines to deliver high-quality Ads campaigns, and curious about using AI and automation to do it better. You will need to be detail-oriented, manage multiple campaigns at once, and rapidly earn trust and credibility with cross-functional stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Individuals will support day-to-day Ads campaign execution for large-scale global launches of internal marketing programs. Campaign execution includes Ads campaign setup, QA, and troubleshooting to meet deadlines.
A growing portion of this work is performed using AI agents and automated build pipelines rather than manual setup. The specialist will prepare structured build inputs, run automated build workflows, and critically review the output before launch. Understanding how the automation works — what it does, where it can go wrong, and what it cannot be trusted to do — is central to the role. Accuracy remains the human's responsibility: this person must be able to recognize when an automated build is wrong, diagnose why, and correct it. Over time they will help identify which parts of the build process should be automated next and contribute to improving our templates, inputs, and QA checks.
