They are a full-lifecycle social producer who can take an idea from concept through execution without losing momentum, and they feel at home in fast-moving environments. Key Responsibilities
Drive brand partnership and sponsorship initiatives, aligning editorial strategy with social assets and external event productions
Manage full-lifecycle turn-key social media production from initial concept through final execution
Provide on-the-ground production support at off-site events and activations as needed
Coordinate closely with internal social teams to ensure brand and editorial alignment across all content streams
Maintain momentum on high-volume content pipelines in a fast-paced, live media environment
Collaborate across time zones with a New York-based hiring manager, keeping communication clear and decisions moving
Support a clean handoff at both the start and end of the engagement through structured overlap periods with the hiring manager
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in brand partnerships and sponsorships, including editorial strategy alignment with social and event production
Hands-on, full-lifecycle social media production experience from concept to execution
Ability to manage high-volume content in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable operating with autonomy while staying aligned with remote leadership
Willingness and ability to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday in Los Angeles and support occasional off-site productions
Preferred Skills
Background in sports, live events, or fast-moving live media environments
Experience managing or collaborating across cross-functional teams in a large media organization
Familiarity with brand sponsorship structures within editorial or content-driven organizations
