Description

Kforce has a client in need of a Marketing Performance Analyst in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver clear performance reports that translate marketing and communications data into actionable insights
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather campaign results, project updates, and impact metrics
  • Build and maintain reporting assets, including webpages, dashboards, emails, and executive-ready summaries
  • Monitor website performance and identify trends, issues, wins, and optimization opportunities
  • Configure campaign tracking, UTM parameters, and custom events to support accurate measurement
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations to highlight user journeys, campaign performance, and areas for improvement
  • Support conversion rate optimization through data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Strengthen organic and local search performance through keyword research, SEO maintenance, and listing accuracy
  • Train team members on analytics tools, tracking standards, and reporting best practices
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support content, campaign, and digital strategy decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in digital marketing analytics, website reporting, SEO, or campaign performance measurement
  • Strong experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools, tracking methods, UTM strategy, and event measurement
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance, website behavior, and conversion opportunities
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, rank monitoring, and local listing management
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and business narratives
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean, accurate tracking and reporting processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing, communications, and technical teams
  • Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
