Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Lifecycle Strategy
Develop Portfolio Adoption Blueprints that define customer journeys, key value moments, lifecycle stages, personas, success metrics, and digital touchpoints.
Continuously evolve lifecycle strategies based on customer maturity, product changes, and business priorities.
Program Design & Optimization
Design scalable onboarding, adoption, and expansion motions tailored to different customer segments and maturity levels.
Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, accelerate time-to-value, and reduce adoption barriers.
Recommend experiments and new lifecycle initiatives based on customer insights and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Facilitate cross-functional workshops with Product Management, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Learning Services, and Product Marketing to define adoption strategies and priorities.
Align stakeholders around shared customer outcomes, program objectives, and success measures.
Translate strategic discussions into actionable program plans and lifecycle requirements.

Program Management
Own recurring adoption programs including:
Virtual User Groups
Early Access Programs
Adoption campaigns
Portfolio-specific lifecycle initiatives
Coordinate program planning, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure consistent customer experiences.
Support lower-complexity service requests while ensuring they remain aligned with overall portfolio strategy and customer journey objectives.
Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Monitor portfolio health using adoption, engagement, and customer success metrics.
Analyze program performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with analytics teams to measure customer outcomes and recommend optimization initiatives.
Champion a culture of experimentation through pilots, A/B testing, and continuous improvement.
