Responsibilities
The Marketing Pre-qualification Assistant is an entry-level role providing general administrative and project support to marketing team members as assigned by their supervisor. The Marketing Prequalification Assistant works under supervision when completing projects and communicates to
their supervisor when overloaded or does not have enough workload. Present a positive customer service attitude and understanding of ECS Core Value.

Required Qualifications
1 year of administrative or marketing experience required
Familiarity with the construction/engineering industries desired
High school diploma required
BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar preferred
If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid drivers license is required
Good communication and organizational skills, strong analytical skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
Demonstrates self-initiative; fosters a positive and responsive team environment and can quickly adjust to dynamic schedules
Ability to work with individuals at all levels of and across the entire company to support the business mission
Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and internet applications
The expected pay for this role and location is $26.44/hour. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
