Marketing Professional Lead - Art Direction
Job Description
Bring a Brand to Life to Improve Lives.
Jefferson Health Plans is looking for an experienced, concept-driven Art Director to help shape and grow one of the region's most recognized health insurance brands.
As part of the Jefferson Enterprise Marketing & Communications Creative team, you'll play a central role in bringing the Jefferson Health Plans brand to life across every channel and audience touchpoint. From Medicare and Medicaid campaigns to ACA and CHIP member communications, you'll translate complex information into compelling, accessible creative experiences that engage, inform, and inspire.
This role is ideal for a creative leader who is equally comfortable developing big ideas, crafting thoughtful design systems, and navigating the highly regulated world of health insurance marketing. You'll work alongside strategists, account managers, writers, digital marketers, social media specialists, paid media teams, public relations professionals, and communications leaders to create integrated campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.

You thrive in collaborative environments, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and can manage multiple stakeholders and priorities without losing sight of the creative vision.
You are equally energized by a broadcast campaign launch, a Medicare enrollment direct mail package, a social media concept, or a CRM nurture journey because you understand how every touchpoint contributes to a broader brand story.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field.
7+ years of professional experience in a marketing department, in-house creative team, agency, or related environment.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
After Effects
Premiere Pro
Acrobat
Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, campaign thinking, visual storytelling, and multi-channel execution.
Experience developing creative across digital, social, print, video, CRM, and advertising channels.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within complex, matrixed organizations.
Experience balancing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
