Joining METTLER TOLEDO as a Marketing Professional offers the unique opportunity to own end-to-end multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with dynamic sales and service teams, and drive growth for a globally recognized brand. Working from our office, you will leverage excellent communication skills to build strong relationships across the UK and the wider group, consistently hitting lead-growth KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Execute end-to-end multi-channel campaigns (including telemarketing, webinars, mailers, and events) for designated divisions on time and track their regular results.

Digital Optimization: Drive lead growth through targeted email campaigns, web page creation, routine keyword reviews, and SEM improvements.

Cross-Lead Integration: Support internal initiatives to engage sales and service colleagues in our cross-leads program, reviewing performance regularly with the Business Area Manager.

Commercial Discipline: Oversee campaign budgets to ensure on-plan spending, prepare data for roll-outs, and submit detailed monthly impact reports.

Content & Assets: Produce localized marketing materials in Canva aligned with brand guidelines, and publish weekly internal updates on SharePoint.

Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate and lead regular update meetings with key stakeholders to maintain clear alignment on active campaigns.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced marketing team, preferably within the B2B sector.
  • A strong passion for developing customer engagement campaigns, paired with proven copywriting and content creation abilities.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the confidence to manage a demanding workload.
  • First-class communication skills, with a track record of building cross-functional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Excel and a strong comfort level with data analysis.
  • Knowledge of digital tools like Microsoft Teams and Canva is highly desirable.
