What You''ll Do
DV is looking for a Marketing Programs and Operations Manager to join our Marketing Programs & Operations team. This is an execution-focused individual contributor role responsible for the day-to-day building, deployment, and management of email campaigns and marketing programs within HubSpot. You''ll be the team''s go-to for getting campaigns out the door with speed, accuracy, and quality. Working closely with your manager, you''ll support the broader team''s goals around data-driven reporting and full-funnel marketing - while keeping email and campaign management as your home base. This is a global role - you''ll support marketing programs across regions and time zones, ensuring campaigns are executed and optimized for our international teams.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $54,000.00 - $101,000.00. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
