    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

    The Marketing Program Specialist is a key member of the Marketing team, supporting programs across the full portfolio of products and services. This role develops and executes value-added marketing programs designed to differentiate METTLER TOLEDO, generate quality leads, increase revenue, and improve market share. The Specialist works closely with Inside and Field Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, Leadership, global resources, and end-user customers to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results. Essential duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Supporting strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals and market needs
    • Analyzing competitors, market trends, and marketing performance to identify growth opportunities
    • Leading and evaluating customer engagement programs, including trade shows, events, webinars, and seminars
    • Developing, testing, and measuring marketing programs and adjusting plans based on results
    • Collaborating with Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to support lead generation and business growth
    • Providing regular updates on marketing activities, performance, and progress toward goals
    • Supporting marketing projects and provide peer leadership and mentoring as needed

    What You Need to Succeed

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
    • Experience with industrial productions or industry is a plus
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and a CRM such as SAP
    • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create clear, logical, and engaging presentations
    • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills
    • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically to attend trade shows
