OverviewMove Forward AZ is hiring a Marketing Project Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across the business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, managing timelines, organizing deliverables, coordinating vendors, and ensuring marketing projects are completed accurately and on schedule. You'll work closely with leadership, agents, and creative partners to help keep campaigns, events, and marketing operations running smoothly. From coordinating marketing requests and managing project timelines to organizing assets and tracking deliverables, your ability to create structure and follow-through will directly support the team's growth and client experience.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate marketing projects from planning through completionManage timelines, deadlines, and communication between internal stakeholders and vendorsTrack marketing requests and ensure projects stay organized and on scheduleAssist with the coordination of social media scheduling and content calendarsMaintain marketing databases, files, templates, and digital assetsSupport event coordination, client appreciation initiatives, and community outreach effortsCoordinate print orders, signage, branded materials, and vendor communicationAssist with email marketing campaigns and database organizationEnsure consistency and accuracy across marketing materials and communicationsHelp improve internal marketing systems and operational workflowsQualificationsExperience in marketing coordination, project coordination, administrative support, or operations is preferredHighly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneouslyExcellent communication and follow-throughComfortable working in a fast-paced small business environmentAble to prioritize tasks and adapt as business needs shiftSelf-starter with a proactive, problem‑solving mindsetPositive attitude and team-oriented approachReal estate experience is helpful but not requiredCompensation and BenefitsSalary: $45,000 - $55,000PTOBonus opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
