Location: Columbus, OH (Polaris) - Onsite

Duration: Contract - 4 months (possibility to extend through 2027; potential to convert to FTE)

Pay Range: $40/hr $42/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in marketing project coordination and creative operations and a proven ability to plan, launch, and manage projects through completion using enterprise project management tools.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute project plans. Revise scope, schedule, and resources as needs change.
• Identify resource needs, assign responsibilities, and manage day-to-day project operations.
• Review incoming marketing project requests and clarify objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Partner with internal creative agency teams to define scope and align on execution.
• Build, track, and manage projects in Workfront from intake through delivery.
• Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and drive issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Marketing project coordination or marketing operations background.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Asana, Basecamp, or similar.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities with stakeholder management experience.
• 3-6 years of project or program management experience in a marketing or creative environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Workfront administration or advanced user experience.
• Experience working with in-house creative agencies or cross-functional marketing teams.
