MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / COMPETENCIES

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is responsible for keeping projects on track, managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives.

• Develop project plans, timelines, workflows, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as creative, content, digital, product, sales, and external vendors.

• Ensure all project milestones are met on time and within scope.

• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks.

• Lead project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.

• Manage marketing calendars and campaign schedules.

• Support campaign launches across channels such as email, social media, paid media, web, events, and content marketing.

• Ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and approval processes.

• Maintain clear documentation, briefs, timelines, and post-project reports.

• Analyze project performance and recommend process improvements.

• Help optimize workflows, resource allocation, and team collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION & TRAINING

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, campaign management, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of marketing channels, campaign development, and creative production workflows.

• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams without direct authority.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities.

• Familiarity with project management tools

• Experience with marketing tools such as CRM, Veeva, analytics tools, or marketing automation software is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with creative, content, digital, or demand generation teams.

• Knowledge of paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing, and web.

• Ability to translate marketing strategy into actionable project plans.

• Strong vendor and agency management skills.

• Experience building repeatable processes and improving team efficiency.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay range is $100-$150k - Final compensation will depend on experience.
