The Marketing Project Manager will partner closely with client retail business, business support units, marketing and technical teams on developing complex technical and strategic marketing projects that have a high corporate priority.

Qualified candidates will have a strong background in developing and executing marketing project strategies to support one or more large financial services clients.

This is a Full-Time position that will require working on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day leadership of strategic and technical project management for business partners by creating detailed work plans, facilitating group meetings and project deliverables, tracking project status, tracking and forecasting projects budget, developing business requirements, resource management, and appropriate change management, as needed.
  • Assists clients in the development of marketing requirements, plans, strategies, and approaches to take advantage of business opportunities.
  • Conducts planning sessions with vendors and service providers and defines project and performance expectations and measurements.
  • Assists leaders in establishing, measuring, and evaluating project success criteria and results achieved versus results expected.
  • Ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensures that all regulatory, legal and compliance requirements are met for projects.
  • Provides project management subject matter expertise to Marketing department and clients.
  • Performs other duties and special projects, as assigned.
About You
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in Marketing
  • Experienced with project management in a Banking environment
  • Excellent knowledge of project management software (Workfront, Monday)
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration and design sessions with client teams.
  • Strong Power Point, Word, and Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
