We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager within Services Marketing to support Client Books and Client News, driving cross-functional marketing initiatives that connect product, growth, and customer experience. This role sits at the center of execution - translating strategy into clear plans, aligning partners, and ensuring high-quality delivery across a range of marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in project or program management within marketing, product marketing, growth, or operations environments
- 3-5 years of event planning, experiential marketing, or event management experience, including ownership of end-to-end execution for high-visibility programs at a leading consumer brand, media company, technology company, agency, or similarly high-performing organization
- Experience within Services or subscription-based products
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex inputs into clear, actionable outputs
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience managing timelines, trackers, and multiple competing priorities
- Prior work experience at Client or in Client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with multi-channel campaigns, lifecycle marketing, on-device experiences, or growth-focused initiatives
- Experience working across marketing, business, product, analytics, and creative teams
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing initiatives within Services Marketing supporting Client Books and Client News, from intake and scoping through execution and post-launch review
- Partner cross-functionally with internal and external partners spanning Business, Product, PR, Analytics, Growth, Media, Creative, Engineering, Editorial, Finance, and Client Services teams to drive alignment and execution
- Navigate complex cross-functional collaboration across international teams and time zones, ensuring work is proactively planned, dependencies are managed early, and teams operate with clarity and efficiency
