Marketing Project Manager

Our client, a (Global Tech Leader), is looking to hire a (Marketing Project Manager) in (Sunnyvale, CA - Hybrid).

Pay Rate Range: $80-$85.82/hr. on W2, depending on experience
Duration: 12+month contract

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and status reporting using Jira and Agile project management tools.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates.
• Proactively identify, track, and escalate project blockers, risks, and critical issues impacting delivery timelines.
• Drive collaboration and accountability across teams through strong communication, stakeholder management, and influence without direct authority.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience supporting technology, software development, or product-focused organizations.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based project execution.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking, risk management, dependency management, and reporting.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
