Scope of the RoleCommercial Recreation Specialists is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to keep our marketing and events engine running smoothly. You’ll turn strategy into organized, on-time execution by owning the team’s workflow, coordinating partners, and managing a busy trade show schedule.Key responsibilities include managing marketing intake through delivery; leading weekly status rhythms and reporting; administering and improving monday.com (boards, automations, dashboards, standards, training); planning and executing trade shows from registration to post-show follow-up; coordinating booth materials, shipping, and warehouse inventory; and negotiating/maintaining contracts with associations, vendors, and media partners.Required qualifications/skills:- 3+ years in project management, marketing ops, event management, or a coordination-heavy role- Hands-on monday.com (or similar) administration and workflow buildout- Trade show/event execution experience; strong organization across many deadlines- Clear, proactive communication with sales, leaders, and vendors- Comfort with logistics, inventory, and occasional lifting; ability to travel as neededApply to help keep high-visibility marketing work on track and well-executed.A Typical DayYou’ll start onsite in Verona by checking the day’s priorities in monday.com, then connect with teammates to align on what’s moving, what’s blocked, and what needs quick decisions. Midday might include vendor check-ins, reviewing an agreement for an upcoming show, or confirming travel and exhibitor deadlines. Some afternoons are spent in the warehouse verifying booth items are ready to ship, while others focus on tightening timelines and updating stakeholders so there are no surprises.
