    About Britannica

The Britannica Group owns two of the world’s most valuable and trusted sources of knowledge: Encyclopaedia Britannica and Merriam-Webster. Britannica has been operating since 1768, and Merriam-Webster since 1831, and these digital-first brands now serve a global audience of more than 200 million users a month and over 14 million newsletter subscriptions – with reference and lifestyle content, games and interactive features.

    About the Role

The Marketing Promotions and Lifecycle Associate role is a remote, growth-focused position responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google, as well as managing promotional campaigns across owned channels like newsletters and email. • Maintain campaign reporting and dashboards, and surface trends related to newsletter growth, premium subscription growth, engagement, conversion, and CAC.
    • Execute A/B tests by building variants, applying tracking parameters, and ensuring accurate measurement.
    • Manage promotional calendars and campaign workflows across multiple brands and initiatives.
    • Support newsletter growth and premium subscription growth across paid, organic, email, and onsite marketing channels.
    • Partner with Marketing & Growth leadership to support subscriber conversion, engagement, retention, and premium subscription initiatives.
    • Maintain campaign documentation, QA processes, and deployment standards.

    Requirements
    • 2-5 years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, audience development, or digital marketing.
    • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
    • Experience executing acquisition, engagement, retention, or conversion-focused marketing campaigns.
    • Experience supporting newsletter, subscription, membership, or audience growth initiatives.
    • Experience with campaign reporting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
