This role supports business development efforts through proposal coordination, content development, and marketing support.Key ResponsibilitiesManage proposals from kickoff through final submissionDevelop proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matricesEdit and format proposal content for clarity, consistency, and qualityEnsure compliance with RFP/RFQ requirementsCoordinate resumes, project sheets, and marketing materialsManage final production and electronic submissionsSupport presentations, interviews, and business development effortsTrack proposal metrics and maintain proposal resourcesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred3+ years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, or business developmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organization and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesignFamiliarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Adobe Firefly is a plus
