Responsibilities The Horsham Clinic is on the lookout for a dynamic, compassionate, and flexible Business Development Representative What We Want to See from You! (Job Requirements/Preferred Skills) Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required. Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare/substance abuse setting preferred. Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred. Knowledge of the greater Philadelphia and Central Pennsylvania behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment and age-specific programming. Must possess demonstrated business development concepts, sales abilities, competency in computer usage, and excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of and skills in application of marketing and sales principles; creativity and flexibility; skills in A valid Driver's License is required. Social Media experience is a plus. Flexibility in schedule to work some evenings/weekends as needed. Job Summary The Business Development Representative will be responsible for the implementing the facility's strategic sales plan, enhancing the facility's brand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and works to achieve departmental and facility business development goals, which includes growth of programs. The Business Development Representative must have previous sales experience, be a self-starter, able to work independently, willingness to travel, able to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience and dedication in a fast-paced environment. Strong social media skills are a plus. Behavioral Health experience preferred. Some evenings/weekends will be required around community needs and events. What's in it for you?
