Part-Time Business Development Representative (Relationship Builder)

PuroClean of Hallandale Beach is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our business throughout South Florida.

This is a part-time, outside relationship-building position for someone who enjoys meeting new people, networking, educating others, and developing long-term professional partnerships—not high-pressure sales.

What You'll Do

  •  Develop relationships with insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, Realtors®, contractors, municipalities, healthcare facilities, and other referral partners. 
  •  Schedule and conduct Lunch & Learns and educational presentations. 
  •  Attend networking events, Chamber functions, trade shows, and community events. 
  •  Build new referral partnerships while maintaining existing relationships. 
  •  Educate prospective referral partners about PuroClean's services and how we help protect their clients. 
  •  Track activities, appointments, and opportunities using our CRM. 
  •  Work closely with the owner and operations team to ensure an outstanding customer experience. 
What We're Looking For

  •  Experience in business development, outside sales, account management, networking, or relationship management preferred. 
  •  Strong relationship-building and communication skills. 
  •  Friendly, outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated. 
  •  Professional, dependable, and highly organized. 
  •  Comfortable networking, presenting to groups, and following up consistently. 
  •  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. 
  •  Restoration, insurance, construction, property management, or commercial services experience is a plus—but not required. We can teach the restoration industry; we're looking for someone who naturally excels at building relationships. 
  •  Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
