Our approach combines proven marketing strategy, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution to help our clients scale profitably.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & GrowthIdentify, pursue, and close new business opportunities aligned with Greenbaum Stiers' ideal client profileLead discovery calls and strategy discussions with prospective clientsTranslate business goals into clear, high-level marketing strategies and service recommendationsCollaborate with leadership on proposals, pricing, and service structuringBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunitiesRepresent Greenbaum Stiers at networking events, conferences, and industry functionsAct as a strategic advisor and fractional CMO for assigned clientsLead onboarding strategy and ensure alignment between client goals and marketing executionDevelop and guide overall marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, branding, and creativeAnalyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations for growthIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and performanceSupport Account Managers and internal teams with strategic directionCollaboration & Internal LeadershipWork closely with Account Managers, Paid Media, SEO, and Creative teams to ensure alignmentParticipate in planning and strategic review sessionsProvide feedback on service offerings based on market trends and client needsWork AuthorizationApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States.Equal Opportunity EmployerGreenbaum Stiers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
