As a Marketing & Sales Representative , you’ll work alongside our leadership team to oversee daily sales operations, support customer relationships, and learn the fundamentals of the Junior Marketing & Sales Representative role in a high-energy environment. This is a full-time Marketing & Sales Representative opportunity designed for individuals who want to start their career in sales, telecommunications and advance into leadership positions within our company.

Marketing & Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily sales activity and outreach on behalf of AT&T’s wireless and internet services to businesses and customers
• Work directly with customers to provide product information, handle service inquiries, and recommend solutions.
• Support the Marketing & Sales Representative and sales teams by tracking progress, analyzing performance, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to refine sales and customer engagement strategies for AT&T services to businesses.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer accounts, sales reports, and Marketing & Sales Representative performance metrics.

Marketing & Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Excellent communicator with strong sales and customer service skills.
• Motivated and goal-driven with a desire to master the Marketing & Sales Representative role with potential to grow into leadership and management roles.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.
• Team-oriented individual who enjoys working directly with customers and supporting a group dynamic.
• Open to feedback and Marketing & Sales Representative training to improve sales presentation and customer interaction techniques.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
