Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, outgoing, and self-motivated Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has strong communication skills. You will play a key role in supporting both marketing initiatives and sales operations while also assisting with employee onboarding efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support

  • Coordinate and assist with trade show setup and execution

  • Organize meeting room setups and employee gatherings

  • Collaborate closely with external marketing partners

  • Create and distribute product flyers and marketing materials

  • Manage email campaigns (e.g., Constant Contact mailings)

  • Maintain and update social media platforms

  • Prepare and send new customer welcome packages

  • Coordinate attendance and participation in Chamber of Commerce events

  • Track and process vendor co-op reimbursements

  • Manage employee apparel and customer marketing merchandise (swag)

Sales Support

  • Work closely with the Director of Sales and sales team

  • Provide support for Compass/Sherpa software, including:

    • Pricing updates

    • Troubleshooting issues with the sales team

    • Training and onboarding users

    • Generating reports

    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data

Employee Onboarding & Recruiting Support

  • Partner with department managers to post open job positions

  • Monitor applicants and assist in the hiring process

  • Support onboarding activities for new employees


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working with software systems and learning new tools

  • Must be drug free and have a clean background

Experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative roles preferred.
