Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible For Supporting Sales Representatives Or Account Management Personnel In The Prospecting, Acquiring, Or Renewing Business. Duties Vary Based On Market And Type Of Role Supporting And May Include Any Of The Following: Building Relationships With Customer Representatives/Brokers, Researching And Coordinating The Resolution Of Customer Issues, Preparing And Analyzing Reports, Participating/Leading Enrollment Meetings, Gathering Information For RFP''s, Preparing Or Implementing New Accounts Or Renewals, And Travel To Customer Sites.

• Support Sales or Account Management personnel to assist in prospecting, acquiring or renewing business.
• Research inquiries received from customers, Brokers, or company representatives. Receive, track, and respond to client or stakeholder inquiries, ensuring timely response and accurate information
• Partnering with internal teams to research issues, investigate solutions, and coordinate internal projects for account level changes
• Gather data, create and/or maintain internal databases.
• May coordinate and lead internal & external meetings.
• Participate in enrollment meetings. Prepare materials for enrollment sessions.
• Prepare documentation for prospective or existing customers. Review forms received for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop relationships with internal partners and external brokers & clients
• May include some travel.
• Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.
• Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.
• Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.
• Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience as a health care / ancillary product management in a marketing service representative role OR 6 years' experience combination of sales/marketing/health/ancillary insurance experience involving processing and coordination of services for health care clients.
• Must have General Lines Agent - Life, Health State insurance License within required time frame per state regulations.
• Organizational and decision making skills; written and verbal communications skills including telephone skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with both internal and external contacts.
• PC experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$41,700.00 - $92,800.00
