    Position Summary:

    Responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs for division marketing. Supports division marketing efforts related to advertising, promotions, collateral materials and e-commerce. Provides support to customers, distributors, group personnel and division functional areas

    Scope/ Supervision and Interaction:

    X Has Direct Reports ____ Does Not Have Direct ReportsAt the discretion of the division this position may not include supervisory responsibility. Reports to Marketing Manager. Interacts with all division, group marketing and sales personnel. May manage graphic/creative design staff

    Essential Functions:

    • Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies and program to support the division win strategy initiatives.

    • Develops advertising, promotion, product launch, and collateral material and web strategies.

    • Advance the division marketing efforts through appropriate distribution channel.

    • Manage division involvement in trade shows as well as support corporate/group on strategic initiatives such as PMCS, Parker.com, Phimages and Phconnect.

    • Coordinate training programs and related materials.

    • Manages creative development and implementation of all division branding.

    • Conducts market research that provides direction on how to develop products, services, and support materials.

    • Participates in marketing communications meetings and forums May manage strategic pricing initiatives as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • BS in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field with six years or more experience.
    • MBA is preferred.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
    • Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes.
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Indesign.
    • Creative design skills a plus. Project management skills with sales/marketing experience a plus.
    • General understanding of manufacturing processes and practices .
    • Strong leadership skills
