Marketing Specialist (0-4 years of experience)

Growing engineering & manufacturing company has an immediate opening for an Entry-level Marketing Specialist in the Waukesha, Wisconsin, area. Direct-hire position with competitive benefits – includes hybrid work schedule, 401K match, PTO, health/dental, and more!

Duties:

• Act as a bridge between marketing strategy and day-to-day execution, ensuring campaigns and operational processes run smoothly and effectively
• Support the execution of digital marketing programs – includes reviewing, formatting, and deploying newsletters in Hubspot
• Format blog communications, edit SEO, and post content
• Manage website updates (non-design-related) – includes updating pages, routing web forms, and ensuring inquiries reach the correct team member
• Support social medial programs – includes creating/updating posts, monitoring social channels, responding to engagement, and reporting on analytics
• Coordinating tradeshow logistics – includes managing booth materials, handling shipping, and show registration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)
• 0-4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or content coordination (internship experience accepted)
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or Salesforce
• Marketing Cloud Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital analytics tools
• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) proficiency
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Salary: $53-58K
