We are looking to hire a Marketing Specialist for our Aftermarket Division in Auburn Hills, MI.
What you can look forward to as Marketing Specialist ?
+ Help plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage digital marketing initiatives, and support go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services.
+ Developing marketing content and sales enablement materials.
+ Coordinate customer engagement events such as trainings and tradeshows, managing customer communications and digital channels, and monitoring campaign performance through analytics and reporting.
+ Support marketing planning and budget management while identifying opportunities to optimize program effectiveness and marketing ROI.
+ Other tasks as assigned.
+ Hybrid work environment: 3 days in office.
+ Ability to travel as needed for trade shows and meetings; less than 10% of time.
Your profile as Marketing Specialist:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications and/or journalism.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience (preferred 3+) in marketing, digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
+ Strong project management experience working with internal teams and external agencies
+ Strong business acumen with ability to track expenses, balance a budget and meet deadlines.
+ Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing disciplines including creative development, platforms, media, analytics, and performance measurement including but not limited to: -Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)-Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva-Google Ads, SEMrush, Power BI, Salesforce CRM-Social media platforms and management tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Hootsuite)
