Marketing Specialist
We are currently seeking candidates for a Marketing Specialist opportunity at a highly successful Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA. The Marketing Specialist will perform core marketing operations, including promoting brand awareness, overseeing channel marketing, executing digital marketing campaigns, preparing marketing content, and ensuring compliance standards are maintained.
This is a 1+ year contract-to-hire opportunity, paying $25-$28/hour within a 40-hour work-week.

The Marketing Specialist will perform core marketing operations, including promoting brand awareness, overseeing channel marketing, executing digital marketing campaigns, preparing marketing content, and ensuring compliance standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Support marketing and branding initiatives through the performance of daily marketing operations
- Update and maintain channel marketing materials
- Ensure marketing materials are compliant and aligned with brand guidelines
- Create and tailor content for promotion across multiple platforms
- Monitor access to the inventory of marketing collateral, track collateral usage, and perform updates on digital assets as needed
- Gather background materials and information to enable detailed inputs and streamlined initiation of projects
- Support creation and distribution of email templates (e.g., event invites, newsletters, thought leadership, and other digital communications), and coordinate large email distribution lists with internal teams
- Provide additional support as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, or related field (required)
- 1+ years of related marketing experience
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and intellectually curious
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
