The position involves significant travel during peak event season to ensure strong on-site brand presence and flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador at endurance sports events and with key partnership stakeholders
- Develop and execute marketing copy for partnership communications, event collateral, email campaigns, and internal updates
- Support day-to-day marketing operations, including project coordination, asset management, and administrative tasks requiring marketing judgment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to maximize collaboration and activation effectiveness
- Coordinate on-site brand presence at events, including expo booth management, athlete sampling, and VIP experiences
- Liaise with event organizers to ensure all contractual deliverables are met with brand excellence
- Track activation metrics and compile performance insights to inform partnership strategy
- Support broader marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed
- 3-5 years of marketing experience with a strong understanding of brand strategy and positioning
- Agency experience preferred, with comfort working from briefs and collaborating across creative teams
- Strong copywriting skills across multiple formats (email, collateral, social, internal communications)
- Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Professional, relationship-driven communicator who represents the brand effectively
- Ability to travel extensively during peak season (15+ event weekends, March-October)
- Experience in athletic, endurance, or wellness marketing strongly preferred
