  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans for TaxWise product launches, feature enhancements, seasonal campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
  • Create and maintain customer-facing content across digital properties, product pages, email campaigns, webinars, and sales channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Partner with Product Management to understand customer needs, market trends, roadmap priorities, and competitive differentiation.
  • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Help drive adoption of key TaxWise solutions and add-on products, including TaxWise Online, TaxWise Mobile, and integrated research solutions.
  • Develop customer lifecycle marketing programs that support onboarding, product adoption, renewals, upgrades, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Enablement teams to create high-impact sales tools, competitive battlecards, customer presentations, and value messaging.
  • Support demand generation initiatives across paid media, email marketing, webinars, events, content marketing, and partner programs.
  • Create compelling customer success stories, testimonials, use cases, and thought leadership content that demonstrate business outcomes and workflow improvements.
  • Analyze customer insights, campaign performance, adoption metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Support retention and renewal marketing efforts designed to strengthen customer loyalty and reduce churn.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, supporting software, SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong ability to translate product capabilities into clear, compelling customer benefits and business outcomes.
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis, market research, and customer insight gathering.
  • Experience creating customer-facing marketing assets, including web content, email campaigns, presentations, datasheets, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both business and technical audiences.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Enablement, and Marketing teams.
