Marketing Specialist

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Marketing Specialist for an Onsite position with a Leading Life Sciences Company located in Waltham, MA, Carlsbad, CA, or Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

We are seeking a marketing professional to support key initiatives focused on demand generation and commercial growth. This individual will partner with the marketing and commercial teams to execute lead-generation programs, including campaign coordination, lead capture and follow-up activities, and tracking program effectiveness. The role also involves supporting tradeshows and providing day-to-day support for global campaign management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Execute lead-generation programs, including campaign coordination, lead capture, and follow-up
• Track program effectiveness and report on performance
• Support tradeshows and industry events, including logistics, marketing materials, and communications
• Provide day-to-day support for Global Campaign Management (GCM) initiatives
• Develop and update campaign materials
• Coordinate with internal and external partners and maintain project timelines
• Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule

Requirements:

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

• Experience in B2B marketing

• Experience in campaign execution

Pay range: up to $45.00 per hour
