Description: MAIN FUNCTIONS
Responsible for the development and execution of market plans, new product launches, enrollment and retention strategies, advertising, and ongoing member communications. Develops sales presentations and provides reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing. Ensures brand is well positioned and represented across all communication platforms. Initiates recommendations for improvement on the creative process and identifies opportunities for efficiency. Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
This position might be described as Senior Marketing Specialist who would typically provide support and assistance to Marketing Specialists on lower level.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing communications projects. This role involves ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, digital standards, and assisting with various communication activities to optimize marketing communications channels and budgets

Responsibilities
"Strategy Development & Alignment: Acts as key point of contact for the development of marketing communications plans consistent with brand strategy
"Execution & Project Management: Coordinates day to day execution of marketing communications activities by preparing project inputs, supporting brief development, and working with internal teams and agency partners through creative and copy development and production
"Budget & Metrics Stewardship: Assists in tracking marketing communications budgets and gathers performance data to support reporting, measurement, and optimization efforts
"Digital Marketing & Technology: Provides data administration and end user support for implementation and ongoing management of marketing technology and processes
"Brand Governance & Collaboration: Ensures adherence to Global Brand Guidelines and Digital Standards in assigned materials and collaborates with internal stakeholders and agencies to support efficient and consistent execution
