We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who doesn't just "support" marketing-but owns it. If you're the kind of marketer who wants full creative range, autonomy, and projects that are anything but boring, keep reading.

The Role This is a hands‑on, all‑in marketing role where you execute many aspects of marketing-from strategy to content to execution. You'll be the creative engine behind how we tell our story, showcase our projects, support sales, and grow our brand. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and sales, taking initiative and ownership while bringing ideas to life.

Marketing Strategy & Brand Experience

Own and execute the company's overall marketing strategy Shape and protect the brand's look, voice, and personality across all channels Develop compelling messaging that brings our themed projects to life

Content Creation & Storytelling

Create content for websites, ads, email campaigns, newsletters, internal communications, and social media Tell visual stories using photography, video, graphics, and copy Highlight projects, behind‑the‑scenes work, and client successes

Sales & Growth Support

Create and maintain sales and business development materials Support proposals and RFPs with consistent documents, and strong visuals, graphics, and messaging Partner closely with the sales team to help win new projects

Trade Shows, Events, & Industry Presence

Plan and support trade shows, client events, and industry conferences Help with booth design, signage, and promotional materials Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically

Digital Marketing & Analytics

Manage website content, SEO, email marketing, and social channels Track engagement, campaign performance, and basic analytics Continuously refine what works and experiment with new ideas

Creative Partners

Coordinate marketing efforts with external partners, overseeing and guiding projects from concept through execution

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, business, or related field 3 or more years of hands‑on marketing experience including project management Strong writing, visual, and design skills with exceptional attention to detail Experience owning projects end‑to‑end-not just assisting Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media and email marketing tools; ideally also Adobe Creative Suite and CMS platforms Very organized, self‑directed, and comfortable juggling priorities

Highly Desired

Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or professional services Experience with themed environments, attractions, entertainment, or experiential brands Photography, video editing, or basic data analytics skills Trade show or proposal/RFP experience
