BASIC PURPOSE:
Support the execution of marketing initiatives across Partnerships, Paid Media, SEO, social media, and Influencer Marketing. Assist with project coordination, campaign execution, reporting, and operational processes that drive consumer demand, bookings, revenue, and customer engagement.
POSITION REPONSIBILITIES:
Support the execution of partnership, paid media, SEO, social media, and influencer marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and bookings.
Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, approvals, and deliverables across internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
Assist with partnership activations, sponsorships, events, and promotional programs.
Support paid media campaign setup, QA, trafficking coordination, tagging, and reporting.
Assist with SEO initiatives including content coordination, keyword tracking, reporting, and optimization support.
Support influencer and creator programs, including creator coordination, content approvals, deliverable tracking, and performance reporting.
Maintain campaign documentation, naming conventions, taxonomy requirements, project plans, and marketing calendars.
Develop recurring reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and business results.
Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, purchase orders, and vendor management.
Serve as a shared resource across the Growth Marketing organization, supporting priorities and special projects as business needs evolve.
Collaborate with Media, CRM, Social, Creator, PR, Revenue Management, Brand, and Analytics teams.
Identify process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and speed to market.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, media, advertising, digital marketing, social media, SEO, partnerships, influencer marketing, or related fields.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Strong project management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Familiarity with paid media, SEO, social media, influencer marketing, partnerships, and marketing measurement. Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
