Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Duration: 5-Month Contract

Location: Minneapolis, MN (100% Onsite)

Pay Rate: $38-$40/hour on W-2

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing and sales enablement initiatives. This role will focus on creating high-quality sales support content, managing marketing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused marketing materials that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales enablement content, including sales collateral, presentations, product materials, and other marketing assets.
  • Support the execution of multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to produce branded, customer-focused marketing materials.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, leadership, legal, and compliance, to ensure marketing content meets business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Monitor campaign performance and leverage insights to recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies that align with business goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, marketing strategy, or related fields.
  • Experience developing sales enablement content and marketing collateral.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other marketing or project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a regulated industry such as financial services, banking, insurance, or healthcare.
  • Experience with data-driven marketing and campaign performance analysis.
  • MBA or other advanced education is a plus.

Work Arrangement

  • 100% onsite in Minneapolis, MN.
  • 5-month W-2 contract.
  • Pay: $38-$40/hour.
