This is a hands-on role for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with experience in B2B industrial equipment marketing and a passion for content creation, digital marketing, social media, ecommerce, and campaign execution.This role requires a true "jack-of-all-trades" marketer who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & CreationCreate and manage content for website product description pages (PDPs) and sales collateralWrite compelling customer-focused copy tailored to industrial and manufacturing audiencesCoordinate with product managers, sales teams, and vendors to gather technical information and transform it into engaging marketing contentEcommerce & Website ManagementMaintain product information, imagery, and digital assets across web platformsEnsure content accuracy, consistency, and a positive customer experienceGraphic Design & Creative ProductionDesign marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, trade show graphics, email assets, social media content, and presentationsCreate and edit visual content using Adobe Creative SuiteMaintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materialsProduct Photography & Visual ContentPlan, capture, and edit professional product photography for use across digital, print, ecommerce, social media, and sales materialsCoordinate and execute product photo shoots, including equipment staging, lighting, composition, and post-production editingMaintain and organize UltraSource's digital asset library, ensuring photos and creative assets are current and accessibleOther Duties as AssignedUltraSource is a growing, entrepreneurial organization where team members are encouraged to be adaptable and contribute beyond their primary responsibilities when needed.
