Marketing Specialist

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in championing marketing collateral and initiatives for Palo Alto, CA location.

Your Day Includes

• Manage marketing collateral from concept through production, including RFQ/P responses and client presentations.
• Create polished marketing materials using Adobe InDesign.
• Partner with practice leaders and business developers on messaging and content.
• Develop materials for awards, speaking engagements, advertising, and our website.
• Support RFQ/P responses and proposals, with AEC experience a strong plus.
• Coordinate project photoshoots and support conferences and client events.
• Collaborate across disciplines and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives.

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Art History, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, and project coordination.
• Strong Adobe InDesign and graphic design skills.
• AEC proposal or RFQ/P experience is a plus.
• Deltek Vantagepoint experience is a plus.
